SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Standard Shipping: Our standard production schedule is 8-10 weeks per order from the date that the order is accepted. We always do our best to meet client deadlines and work as quickly as possible.
- Worldwide Shipping: Shipping costs vary greatly by location and the dome sizes. Applicable duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the dome purchaser. Shipping timelines vary for ocean and air freight.
For shipping sizes and weights of each dome package, please check the appropriate dome size product page. Please note that upgraded frames and added components will increase the basic weights listed on our website. Individual pieces of the dome and accessories can also be purchased and shipped separately. You may always contact us for more accurate shipping prices at hello@glampcollaborative.com.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Payment Policy
The Glamp Collaborative reserves the right to apply a 3% fee for credit card payments.
Cancellations & Refunds
All Luna Glamping Inc. products are custom-built. You may cancel a Standard Order by providing written notice before the product ships. Cancelling a Standard Order before shipment incurs a 30% restocking fee, deducted from your payment. The remaining payment will be refunded within 90 days of cancellation.
While it is unlikely you will want to return your dome, refunds for Standard Orders may be granted at The Glamp Collaborative's discretion. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility, and a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Note: Refunds are not available for Custom Orders, and Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted by Luna Glamping Inc.
GEODESIC DOME WARRANTY
All Luna Glamping Geodesic domes come with a 2 year warranty on the cover, and a five year warranty on the framework.
Note: All warranties are void if the dome is not unpackaged and inspected within 90 days of delivery.
