Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE on most orders to customers within the contiguous United States. If you reside within the United States, but are outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Free shipping does not apply to Luna Glamping products due to the nature of the products (size and weight). Please get in touch with us for a shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please contact us for worldwide shipping inquiries.

If you are happy with our shipping quote, we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.  Please note, any applicable duty taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

ORDER CONIFRMATION:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your item(s) is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the time noted in the product description. We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation from us within the timeframe noted in the product description, feel free to follow up with us at hello@glampcollaborative.com.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:

Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should report it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery, you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, the box/packaging materials, and a description of the damage to hello@glampcollaborative.com and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and/or videos of damage must be supplied within 24 hours of shipment arrival to be considered valid.

FREIGHT DELIVERY:

Someone must be available to accept the freight delivery. If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery, please contact the carrier directly to re-schedule. If you miss the delivery, the shipment may be sent back to us, and you may incur additional charges and/or a second delivery fee. 

Please read this freight delivery policy thoroughly. Carefully inspect your entire shipment before the driver leaves. You will need to note any damages found to packaging materials and physical products on the delivery bill of lading. You must also send us an email with all necessary information to hello@glampcollaborative.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
If there is damage, do not discard the packaging.

  • If the damage is cosmetic and you would like to keep the item, you must write “Damaged” and describe the damages in detail on the bill of lading. Noting the damages will allow us to file a claim on your behalf.
  • If the damage is beyond cosmetic and you would like to request a new shipment, you must refuse the product(s) from the freight company.
  • If sign the bill of lading without noting any damage (even if concealed), you release The Glamp Collaborative and the freight company from all liability. Therefore, it is crucial to inspect the product(s) thoroughly while the freight driver is present.

Additionally, do not discard any product packaging until you confirm all items from your shipment are present as small items such as bolts and screws can be lost.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES:

Additional shipping costs may be incurred for the following scenarios:

  • An 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
  • Transport restrictions due to truck height or bridge laws
  • Road or access restrictions
  • Deliveries to islands
  • Deliveries requiring the use of a ferry, train, plane, or any additional courier transport
