- Free Standard Shipping: Available for customers within the contiguous United States. For those residing outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us for a shipping quote.
- Worldwide Shipping: We welcome international shipping inquiries.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via FedEx standard ground, with delivery expected within 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request (please note that shipping heavy tents quickly can be costly).
- Tracking and Communication: We will email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched and keep you updated to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- Return Shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs.
- Responsibility: The Glamp Collaborative is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages if the shipping agent provides proof of delivery.
- International Shipments: Shipments to other countries may require payment of duty taxes upon arrival.
RETURNS
- 45-Day Return Window: We offer a 45-day return period for refunds on unused merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all original parts to receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the initial purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. A 15% restocking fee will also apply. Please contact us for return authorization and the return address before sending items back.
- Damaged Merchandise: If your merchandise is damaged during delivery, please notify Tha Glamp Collaborative immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of used tents.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to product shipment will incur a 3% fee to cover credit card transaction costs.

Lifetime Support
Your purchase will come with lifetime support! Please send us images of your pitched tent so we can provide tips on setup to help minimize any potential long-term stress from the environment or rigging that may impact warranty coverage.
Canvas Tent & Tent Accessories Warranty
This bell comes with a limited 30-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials when used for recreational purposes. Any compromised bell tents will be repaired (or in special circumstances replaced) for free, at our discretion. Return freight requires customer prepayment.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal use damages, including improper setup, mold, mildew, UV exposure, extreme weather, wood stove and air conditioner use, fire, storage damage, sewn-in zippers, and fabric holes or damage caused by neglect or accidents.
- Improper guy rope rigging if the tent is placed on a deck platform.
- Use of unapproved canvas cleaning or protective chemical products, improper cleaning methods, or aftermarket customizations to the tent materials or hardware.
Long-Term Use:
- Tents set up for more than 21 consecutive days do not qualify for the 30-month warranty but come with a 12-month warranty. Any compromised bell tents will be repaired or replaced for free, at our discretion. Return freight requires customer prepayment.
We will continue to provide lifetime support after the 1-year period to help resolve any challenges you may encounter with the tent.
Warranty Validity:
- The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of new tents.
